မႏၱေလးကက္သလစ္သာသနာေတာ္အတြင္းရိွ လူတစ္ဦးစီတိုင္းသည္ ကိုးကြယ္မႈဘာသာတရားမ်ားကို ဆည္းပူးေလ့လာတတ္သူ၊ နားလည္လက္ခံတတ္သူ၊ ကိုယ္ခ်င္း စာနာတတ္သူ၊ ေလးစားျမတ္ႏိုးတတ္သူျဖစ္လာေစရန္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ၾကမည္ဟု ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႕ ကိုးကြယ္မႈ ဘာသာတရားမ်ား အခ်င္းခ်င္းႏွီးေႏွာဖလွယ္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ဘာသာတရားကို ယဥ္ေက်းမႈျပဳျခင္း ေကာ္မရွင္ (မႏၱေလး)မွ သႏိၷဌာန္ျပဳပါသည္။

Mission
We, the commission members of Interreligious Dialogue & Inculturation in the Archdiocese of Mandalay, commit ourselves to form the individual of the Archdiocese into educated, understanding, sympathetic, and respectful to our religious traditions.
 
Situation Analysis

Positive Areas

Human Resources
- There is the Commission. There are some people who want to work. Dialogue of life is everywhere.

Material Resources
- There is office with some books.

Other Resources
- Interest of the people, encouragement & welcome.

Grey Areas

Human Resources
- Needs of commission members; lack of participation from the clergy, religious and lay faithful.
Lack of knowledge on other Asian faith traditions & meaning of Interreligious Dialogue. Needs of open effort in cooperation and common actions on social issues and concerns.

Material Resources
- Books, Church documents, magazines, translation, books on different religions, office materials, fund, books on cultures, tradition and inculturation, little or no effort of Inculturation.

Other Resources
- Interest from other religions, little or no knowledge on the subject.

Objectives
1) To establish an office of responsible persons with a Center and a library in Mandalay for the pormotion on Interreligious Dialogue.
2) To create programs on education, and formation on Asian Faith traditions and Interreligious Dialogue for all.
3) To promote inculturation in the Catholic Church.
4) To open doors to non-Christians for more collaboration and cooperation on social issues and concerns.

Lines of Action
1. To establish an office of responsible persons with a Centre and a library in Mandalay for the pormotionon Interreligious Dialogue.
1.1. Responsible Person: Commission Head.
1.2. Lead Group: Commission Head, Archbishop and his council.
1.3. Expected Results: Will get more opportunities for contact, consultation and motivation to do the work of the commission.
1.4. Partners: Other religious offices and associations.
1.5. Implementation: June 2006 - June 2012.

2. To create programs on education, and formation on Asian Faith traditions and Interreligious Dialogue for all.
2.1. Responsible Person: Commission head & members.
2.2. Lead Group: Volunteers.
2.3. Expected Results: Educated, understanding, sympathetic, respective persons and to become active and prompt individual for the Interreligious Dialogue.
2.4. Partners: Leaders & educated persons of other religions.

a. A Seminar in 6 months
b. Two times a month in formation Institutes.
c. One class for teaching and education in a week.
d. To collaborate with JEC: Computer & Language Center
e. June 2006 - June 2012.

3. To promote inculturation in the Catholic Church in herLiturgy, Celebrations, Language, Literature, Arts and Architectures.
3.1. Responsible Person: Commission head
3.2. Lead Group: Commission members & interested persons
3.3. Expected Results: Misconception of the Church as foreign entity will have gone.
